What to Expect In Therapy

When you first meet with our therapists we will your current situation and understand why you have decided to seek therapy at this particular time in your life.

It is important that you get to know your therapist so that you can decide if the  therapy offered and the therapist are a good fit for you

 During the first session, your therapist will take a brief account of your life story and If you decide to work together, you will make an agreement to attend regularly, usually once a week.

At the close of the first session, you will get the opportunity to discuss and decide if  they  therapy available and the therapist are a good fit for you.
